/24-7PressRelease/ -- UNITS Mobile Storage of Charlotte, an industry leader in portable storage, has donated a 16' UNITS brand portable container to support the Children's Miracle Network efforts at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte. The donation is a part of ongoing philanthropic efforts in the Queen City.
The Children's Miracle Network is one of the annual fundraising initiatives of Levine Children's Hospital. Every penny raised stays in the local community to help support the Levine Hospital and its facilities. The hospital treats children from all walks of life and with a range of illnesses and injuries.
The UNITS Charlotte team has teamed up with the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Gastonia, NC to offer local residents a location to donate during the Rite Aid Yard Sale that will last from now until May 14, 2010. All donations can be dropped off at the Rite Aid located at 2465 S. New Hope Rd. All proceeds will go directly to the Levine Children's Hospital. Donated items will be stored in the UNITS container located on the property.
"We are extremely proud to be able to give back to the greater Charlotte area children in need," says said Jeff Mullis, general manager of UNITS Charlotte. "This donation to the Levine Children's Hospital is hopefully just the start of what the people in our community will do to support these children in need."
