Until recently, ALC has only offered their services to a select, affluent few. The ALC Real Estate Concierge Program will allow them to offer their signature services to luxury real estate agencies and brokers as a tool to help them provide the best service to their clients.
"Our real estate program allows us to assist the agents/brokers in servicing their clients before, during, and after the sale. We act as a liaison between the agent and the buyer or seller. We know that selling or purchasing a home can be a daunting task and we are here to help that transition go smoothly", say owners Ch-a Mosley and Nana Rush.
For houses that are on the market, ALC works closely with agents/brokers to professionally prepare the property prior to the first showing. They identify top-quality service providers to handle any necessary cleaning, repairs, landscaping, etc. In addition, ALC representatives will wait at the property for the service professionals; thus freeing up the agent's time.
For agents with clients looking to purchase, ALC will make arrangements for private jet charters, extended stay lodging, luxury transportation, nanny services, entertainment, and more. Once the purchase is complete, participating agencies will then refer their clients to ALC to handle any post-sale details such as appliance and utility connections, furniture delivery, home d cor, car purchases, grocery shopping, etc.
"The agencies that are taking part in our real estate program have sought to distinguish themselves from their competition. They care about their clients and know that just because the deal has closed, doesn't mean that the relationship has to close as well. Founders Ch-a Mosley, daughter of acclaimed actor Roger E. Mosley, and Nana Rush, daughter of veteran NBA Referee Eddie F.
