Vandover Strengthens Its Client Services Team To Better Meet Customer Needs

    SAINT LOUIS, MO, July 10, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With a focus on top-notch customer service and expertise in global mobility, Vandover strengthened the support available to client organizations and channel partners by adding an account executive and account manager to their client services team.

"Vandover has a long-standing commitment to customer service and strengthening this team will help us better identify and respond to the ever-changing needs of our clients," said Margery Marshall, President of Vandover. "While the number of relocations have decreased in the current economy, those still happening are critical for business continuity, and companies need a higher level of service to ensure successful relocations."

The new client services team members are Lynn Wagner, GMS, as Account Executive and Angela Kaiser as Account Manager. A member of the Vandover team since 2004, Wagner has held Consultant and Senior Consultant roles where she has worked one-on-one with employees to navigate global transitions and has provided additional support to client organizations and channel partners. Her prior experience includes expatriate assignment management and relocation policy consulting at a leading professional services firm. In her new role at Vandover, Wagner will oversee development of global business opportunities and manage corporate accounts to better support client organizations in achieving their talent management and employee relocation goals.

"This is an exciting step in the direction of a more client-focused role," said Wagner. "My experience in global mobility and working with relocating clients and their families will enhance the quality of our service and assist us in meeting the needs of our corporate clients."

Kaiser joined Vandover in 2007 as a Research Specialist where she supported employees and families with necessary research for global lifestyle and career transitions. Her prior experience includes customer service roles in sales and travel. As part of Vandover's investment in strengthening client support, Kaiser's new role will include working with client organizations and channel partners to identify opportunities for enhanced communication and business growth.
