VERBATIM-VR Ltd. Announces New "Error-Free" Voice Recognition Technology, Dramatically Increasing Work-Place Productivity

VERBATIM-VR Ltd. announces the first and only technology enabling the on-going reduction of the persistently high Voice Recognition error-rate of seven to ten percent for business sectors down to the point of being a "rarity".

HADERA, ISRAEL, April 07, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The high error-rate of all Voice Recognition products, originally intended to increase productivity in the workplace, is the "pain-point" that prevents current voice recognition systems from becoming the "business productivity necessity" that they were intended to be.

The problem is that all "Business-Sector-Specific" Voice Recognition products today comprising the Enterprise & Professional marketplace, such as Law/Tax-Law, Health/Radiology, Banking/Customer-Service, etc, have a continuingly high voice recognition error-rate of seven to ten percent. That's 7 to 10 out of every hundred words which today's business voice recognition can't recognize, and this problem just doesn't go away.

The cause of this persistent high error- rate problem is simply that today's voice recognition products have absolutely no functionality to correct a user's voice recognition errors (i.e. words spoken by the user that the voice recognition system was not able to definitively identify). The result of this "lack of real error-correction capability" is that high error rates just continue to remain "static", with no possibility for improvement.

VERBATIM-VR Ltd. has announced the development of a "highly simple" game-changing breakthrough technology to enable the "actual correction" of voice recognition errors encountered by all users of business-sector voice recognition software.

The individual user's voice recognition error correction is immediately followed by updating the business-sector "Knowledge-Base". This updated "Shared Knowledge-Base" contains each and every user's cumulative post-error-correction "different pronunciations of words" (i.e. both existing words as well as new words), thereby improving "every user's" voice recognition accuracy, in a way and magnitude never thought possible.

It is this ongoing, cumulative "Power of the Many" that will create a voice recognition reality where the occurrence of voice recognition errors will be reduced to the point of becoming a "rarity".

Regarding Voice Recognition system users, all that users want and expect is a correct error-free text copy of precisely what they spoke. With VERBATIM-VR nothing could be simpler. Each user receives (after an "agreed-to" (e.g. SLA) post-error-correction delay), within a matter of hours, a totally error-free verbatim text copy of what he/she actually said during a specific Voice Recognition session.

According to Bill Drewes, VERBATIM-VR's CEO, "VERBATIM-VR will transform Voice Recognition into becoming the truly viable technology it was originally meant to be and enable it to finally fulfill its 'Original Promise' of dramatically increasing the productivity of the workplace.

We are looking forward to bringing the significant workplace productivity benefits of VERBATIM-VR to large US business sectors (i.e. US Vertical Industries and Professions), and we stand ready for partnership contact discussions from leading players".
