The company said that the product is a first in Australia, a "complete professional and retail range utilising natural ingredients to address the skin challenges for the mum to be... addressing stretching skin harnessing the natural effectiveness found in botanicals and vegetable oils." According to Victoria's Essentials, during pregnancy stretch fighting Omega 3 Fatty Acids are diverted away from the skin to nourish the growing baby. Up until the launch of this professional skincare system most Spas addressed pregnant clients with generic skin care that hasn't been formulated for pregnant skin.
