Launched in May 2006, Vince Del Monte's No Nonsense Muscle Building Program was designed to address the issues that skinny guys face when trying to build muscle and transform their thin bodies in to lean, muscular, physiques. As a former skinny guy himself he understood the special needs faced by skinny guys.
The No Nonsense Muscle Building Program not only addressed both the special nutrition needs faced by skinny people looking to add muscle, but also the special exercise requirements as well.
In June 2012 Vince launched Hypertrophy M.A.X with IFBB Pro Ben Pakulski. Hypertrophy M.A.X. is an intense bootcamp method of building muscle for people already near the peak of their physical condition but are looking for that push to get them to the next level. This elite program is designed to take healthy, muscular, people and push them to the next level of their training and fitness.

Vince Del Monte holds an honors degree in Kenesiology from the University of Western Ontario and is the 2008 Canadian Fitness Model Champion.
