On a daily basis, he oversees the sales and marketing of the company's private label and branded programs to insure a growing demand and recognition for the company and its products. He started his career as a member of the May Company executive training squad. After completing the training squad program he became an assistant buyer, a buyer for three different categories and finally a divisional merchandise manager. He then became involved in sales, marketing and product development and eventually became the New York-based National Sales Manager for Carolina Hosiery Mills.

In 1969, Mr. Kruger received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology with a minor in Industrial Administration from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Kruger is now working to make Central Carolina Hosiery a world-renowned hosiery company.
