Wanda Johnson Honored for Excellence in Real Estate

    EAU CLAIRE, WI, November 25, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Wanda Johnson, Associate Broker of Coldwell Banker Brenizer, Realtors, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in residential real estate.

Ms. Johnson has 21+ years of professional experience as a Realtor and 11 years ago she received her Brokers License. She has grown to specialize in residential properties, vacant land, farms, waterfront properties, investment properties and relocations. She also specializes in real estate auction sales.

Looking back, Ms. Johnson attributes her success to her love of what she does. She became involved in her profession because prior to starting in real estate, she was in the restaurant business. A series of events led to a career change. A close friend suggested and encouraged her to get her real estate license. Ready for the challenge, she started her new career and a new goal. In her first month she listed and sold two properties and the rest is history.

Ms. Johnson has earned her SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist), CMAS (Cartus Relocation Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). In 2009, she earned a Top Agent award over all Coldwell Banker Brenizer Realtor offices. In 2013, she earned the Top Agent award for Coldwell Banker Brenizer Realtors, Eau Claire. She has also received International President's Circle recognition from 2004-2014 and remains one of the top real estate agents in the Chippewa Valley.
