    JACKSONVILLE, OR, July 10, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Wanda Pepin, Artist for Pepin's Original Paintings, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of visual arts.

After experiencing a change in her employment status, Ms. Pepin decided to take the giant leap of faith and pursue a lifelong passion. Thus began her career as a professional artist. Gradually building a name for herself in palette knife painting, she excels in creating heavy textured paintings of acrylic landscapes and nature studies. Since embarking on her career in contemporary art six years ago, Ms. Pepin has sold her work to numerous international collectors, including afficionados in Greece, Canada and Australia. She attributes her success to her ability to sell art as well as create it.

Ms. Pepin completed coursework at Golden Gate University. She is affiliated with the artists' workshop at Ashland Community Arts Center and gives generously to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. In five years, Ms. Pepin aspires to exhibit her artwork in upscale eastern galleries.
