Les Adams has 35 years of experience in business transactions, corporate law and civil litigation. From business formation to mergers and acquisitions, his wide-ranging knowledge of the legal problems that businesses of all sizes face helps his clients manage risk, avoid liability and compete effectively in their markets. Adams began his legal career as a U.S. Army JAG Corps captain, and from 1977 through 1988 served as counsel to the deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy. He is also a former vice president of corporate law for a Fortune 500 corporation. Adams is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association. He has a bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University and earned a Master of Laws degree from George Washington University.
