In his new role, Fulcer will lead the site management team toward a more efficient operation, drawing upon his extensive experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology, while improving safety and sustaining the quality customers have come to expect from Webex.
"Mark has led the operations team in its successful effort to improve on-time delivery by achieving its goal of 90 percent three weeks early," said Knudtson.
