After having launched its commercial service last Monday together with a new Pro service, the company is now starting a Template contest amongst its existing and newly signed up users. The contest is looking for original and custom made CSS Template designs based on the Universal Template design of WebriQ.
Beyond the best design, the company will also award the best E-commerce Template design and the Template with the most original and best content.
The contest is open to all interested web designers, web developers, free lance web developers or anyone that has basic or extended knowledge of CSS template design.
Anyone who has a WebriQ PRO package (trial sites do qualify) can enroll to the Contest. Contestants can download a Template Creator Kit and start creating a custom CSS file and upload it to their site. The contest works will be continuously evaluated. Those sites that qualify for the contest will get a Free 90 days extension of their PRO package.
The company is rewarding the Best Template with a cash prize of $ 1,000 and with a Platinum WebriQ Partnership. Other cash prizes are available for second and third place.
The submission deadline is set for December 13th, and voting will start the next days for the ten best Templates created. Winners will be announced on December 22nd, just before the Christmas holidays.
Also within this period and until January 31st, 2010, the Company will extend any service bought for a one year period to a two year period, bringing the monthly cost of a hosted content management system to about 16 USD per month.
Beyond the monetary savings, there are also substantial non-monetary savings associated with the WebriQ service model. Time to market is reduced by a factor 10 and implementation risks are virtually non-existent as you will be able to convert your existing website to the WebriQ technology in a matter of days.
The company will launch its US operations by December 1, 2009.
