With more than 19 years of professional experience, Mr. Martin specializes in energy conservation and powerhouse and environmental management. He is responsible for overseeing production and powerhouses. He began his career as a powerhouse operator and progressed to his current position, which he considers to be one of his greatest professional accomplishments. He attributes his success to his supervisory skills and passion for his profession.

Mr. Martin completed certification in water/wastewater management, plus 300 hours, and holds a certification in powerhouse and boiler management. He is affiliated with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and volunteers with the Central Baptist Church of Buna. He stays current with the trends in his profession by enrolling in continuing education courses and feels that cost-saving and efficiency are the most important issues facing his profession today. He hopes to continue his growth and eventually become a manager.
