In completing the six-week long phase, Wendover identified 18 viable business prospects that carry a pipeline value equaling more than $3 million for Advent. The opportunities uncovered by the current work strongly indicate further untapped revenue that was not apparent from initial assessments. Appointment setting plans are complete. Results from this work and re-interpretation of previous assessments have been used to produce an updated model estimating availability of untapped revenue.

The Lead Requalification program proposes to partner with clients in order to unearth as much as 10 percent of revenue from existing opportunities. In short, the program works by identifying a business's disqualified leads. These leads are reworked and evaluated based upon a number of variables including Wendover Consulting CEO Larry Dillon’s landmark research that resulted in the identification of fifty non-intuitive reasons for which any lead becomes disqualified. Armed with this, Wendover’s consultants are able to cultivate these opportunities until they are ready for harvest.
