/24-7PressRelease/ -- On Dec. 10, 2009 at the Metro Grill & Tavern in Yonkers, the group will be accepting unwrapped toys (for either a boy or girl) to be donated to the families of children attending the Eugenio Maria de Hostos MicroSociety School in southwest Yonkers. Cash donations are also welcome.
The WBC is hoping to collect 250 toys. Several drop-off locations have also been set up at businesses throughout the county. A complete list can be found on the WBC's website at http://www.wbconnection.com. Donations are being accepted through Dec. 13.
The event, which is being co-sponsored by James G. Dibbini & Associates, P.C., will take place between 6 and 9 p.m. A $30 fee, payable at the door (or $25 in advance if booked on the WBC website) includes a buffet assortment, including appetizers, beer, wine, and soda.
