"What the "BEEP?" fitcore5 Takes the Pain out of Fitness Testing (well, mostly): New App Makes Team Fitness Data Reporting More Reliable and Useful

An app designed for coaches to gather specific soccer fitness testing data, fitcore5 will help coaches and athletes gain a better understanding of their current fitness levels and establish clearer goals for improvement.

Designed by soccer coaches for soccer coaches, the fitcore app serves as a data tool to help coaches educate themselves and their players about current fitness levels.

CHALFONT, PA, February 18, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Available this February, fitcore5 is built for soccer coaches to further their athlete's physical performance with accurate, real-time entered fitness test data.

Fitcore5 enables efficient data capture and analysis of the five physical fitness components essential to success on the field: body composition, endurance, power, agility, and flexibility.

Teams of all competitive levels conduct yearly fitness physicals to gather benchmarks of each players pre-season and post season physical capacities. Test protocols s can include the infamous endurance "Beep" test, and for the other key fitness components. Accurate data entry is essential to produce useful results for program development.

"We're extremely proud to provide fitcore5 to soccer coaches of all levels," offers David Koba, Chalfont resident and designer of fitcore5. "For years we've tested players and collected fitness data all manually, which was prone to errors. We lost time fixing data, rather than reporting and using the information efficiently.

Soccer is a worldwide sport and the caliber of the athlete gets better each year. Fitcore5 will make it that much easier for coaches and players to track soccer-specific fitness criteria and provide a solid base for designing individual and team training programs."

Fitcore5 provides complete tracking of coach, team and player information, and specific fitness test scores and analysis. Designed by soccer coaches for soccer coaches, the app serves as a data tool to help coaches educate themselves and their players about current fitness levels.

Coaches can create and store fitness test phases over multiple seasons, for multiple teams. Two reporting types are available: The Team Report, which allows the Coach to review all player results, or the individual 'MVP Report, which generates results per player. These reports can then be e-mailed to the player or to other coaches for review.
