Why Are We Using Shipping and Moving Boxes Without Handles?

You won't believe the answer.

BONITA SPRINGS, FL, July 05, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Most shipping and moving boxes are made without handles. Why is that? Considering boxes like these can weigh between 25 and 100 pounds, how do vendors expect anyone to lift and carry them?

Manufacturers have experimented with applying handles to these types of boxes, but most have failed because of poor designs that cause handles to rip and boxes to fail, so they took the handles off! Customers were left scraping their knuckles on the ground in attempt to lift and handle these boxes without killing themselves, a circumstance that's led to countless pains and injuries throughout the years.

Boxa has invented this revolutionary, human-friendly spiral grip technology that does a couple of important things. The first is that it puts a functional handle on the sides of shipping and moving boxes that are very comfortable. These handles are biased forward and tilted in a design that considerably lowers the risk of back strain, user injury and carpal tunnel for companies, employees and consumers alike.

Secondly, Boxa's revolutionary spiral grip design resolves all the problems the old grips had before. Despite the fact most shipping and moving boxes are made of thin, cheap material, these handles remain extremely rip-resistant.

The applications for this spiral grip technology are endless considering the vast majority of boxes made are in this shipping and moving style. Think about the last large item delivered to your doorstep. It likely weighed 50 or so pounds, with no handles and you had to wrestle and drag it inside of the house. How difficult was it? How painful was it? The exercise and futility you're forced to perform is outrageous.

Inventor William Scott says, "It should be our human right that every box should have a handle on it just to make it easier to lift and carry! There isn't a manufacturer in the world that couldn't benefit from Boxa's spiral grip technology. We need to make the customer our focus point by making the experience of lifting and carrying a box a priority. Applying our spiral grip technology to any manufacturer's product will be a home run in the customer's eyes."
