With unparalleled expertise in osteopathy, Wilbur T. Hill, DO, FACOFP is distinguished for over 50 years of dedication to the healthcare field. Specialized in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal health issues, Dr. Hill is renowned for utilizing a holistic approach that values humanity and individuality over medical advancement.
Currently retired, Dr. Hill is certainly not one to rest on his laurels. In fact, he continues to consult on the evaluation of internship and residency training programs for the American Osteopathic Association in an effort to ensure that interns maintain optimal attendance records and gain an understanding of the basic principles of osteopathy. Dr. Hill also attends medical seminars and annual conventions hosted by the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.

At her persuasion of his family physician, Dr. Oscar F. Carol, in 1942, he chose instead to practice osteopathic medicine. Dr. Hill is gratified by his many years of professional experience in healthcare, and attributes his success to his background and extensive clinical knowledge.
Dr. Hill earned his doctor of osteopathy from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, A.T. Still University. His is the former president of the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons, a member of the American Osteopathic Association and fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. His professional honors include the Distinguished Fellow Award from the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Physician of the Year Award from the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. Looking to the future, Dr. Hill intends to continue his work with the American Osteopathic Association so as to ensure the quality of training programs and the dedication of young interns.
