Mr. Riley has more than 17 years of professional experience in trial work and started the law firm of Riley & Wells. He focuses his practice on criminal law, traffic violations and personal injury law. His daily responsibilities include managing operations of the firm, handling cases in court and seeing clients. Mr. Riley undertakes many cases that deal with driving under the influence. He attributes his success to his hard work, dedication and the continued support of his friends and colleagues.

Completing coursework in Law Studies at the University of Richmond, Mr. Riley obtained his JD from T.C. Williams School of Law in 1991 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia in 1987. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the National College for DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Richmond Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Committee.
