Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Eileen Koff, CPO as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

Eileen Koff will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

STONY BROOK, NY, July 16, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Eileen Koff, President and Owner of To the Next Level and Founder of Eileen Koff Ministries, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Eileen Koff will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

For much of her life, Eileen Koff has shown a knack for eliminating clutter and bringing order to her household. Earning a BS in Home Economics with a concentration in child development and a minor in interior design from the University of Texas-Austin, she eventually married and had three sons. She spent time serving as President of a parent cooperative while raising her family, overseeing organizational services to the pre-schools and assisting with administrative filing systems and bulletin board arrangements. Relocating from Maryland to Long Island in the early 1990's, Koff joined the up and coming National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) during a time when the industry was becoming very popular.

"Our world only now understands the deeper values of organization - relationships," Koff said. "An organized environment creates a greater sense of peace and, in turn, fosters greater intimacy with those within our homes and those to who we come in contact. An organized space will create a greater appreciation of daily peace, purpose, and priorities, and to me is a priceless payoff."

Today, Koff is the Owner of To the Next Level, in Stony Brook, Long Island. Bringing more than 18 years of professional experience to the table, her certified professional organization business provides clients with skills, compassion, and a level of discreetness unlike any other. Founded on the principal of helping people reach a new level of order, peace, and happiness in their everyday lives, Koff is there to help clients reach their goals by offering a number of different services, to include virtual organizing, home residence, photo organizing, time management, and more.

Koff has since written a bible study workbook, 'Organize His Way: A Christ-Centered Approach to Organizing Your Life', published in 2013. It is one of the very few books that highlights a very important concept about organization and one that focuses on the practical applications for each type of disorganization.

"There are a lot of misconceptions regarding disorganization," Koff said, "especially since the media is now paying much attention to the subject. The amount of clutter can be overwhelming, but how one accumulated the clutter determines how it will be removed. There are organizational books on the bestseller list that doesn't explain that there are differences in individuals' brain waves and habits that contribute to the clutter overwhelm. The clutter can be formed by either a situation, like the birth of a child, a move, or a downsizing of one's life, or it can be from a chronic condition that someone's had their entire life. We call these differences either Situational Disorganization or Chronic Disorganization. It's a subject not readily mentioned in the media, but one that needs to be addressed and understood when people begin to declutter their life."

Koff has spent time serving as Publication Chair and Editor of NAPO News and as Project Head of their Education Committee helping develop courses for their more than 4,000 members. She's spearheaded the implementation of green organizing techniques throughout Long Island in the area of eco-organizing and was promoted to Practice Leader for the NYC based Green Irene company. She has also spoken nationally to professional organizers seeking to incorporate a greener or eco-organizing specialty into their business. Koff's topic, 'Green and Orderly', was presented at the 2010 NAPO Conference and was honored to become part of the ECO panel in the 2013 NAPO Conference. She continues to serve as the Faithful Organizer's Education and Devotion Director since 2007. Koff was greatly honored to have been chosen as the Organizing Columnist for Christian's Women's Magazine 'Just Between Us' from 2011-2015. In 2013, the bible study workbook, 'Organize His Way', was published and Eileen Koff Ministries was formed. 'Organize His Way' bible study has been taught in many US locations and the word of this unique study is receiving transforming testimonies of lives changed.

In 2003, Koff received the prestigious Golden Circle Membership through NAPO to celebrate five years of distinction. She received her CPO Certification in 2007, certified by the Board of Certified Professional Organizers. She was also awarded Best Green Service in 2010 by her peers at the national NAPO LA Gala.
