Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Linda J. Harrison, ALMI, AIAA, ACS, as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

Harrison, ALMI, AIAA, ACS, Sr. Vice-President of Agency Operations for ARMOR Wealth Management, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Linda J. Harrison, ALMI, AIAA, ACS will be featured in an upcoming edition of Women of Distinction in 2016.

Working her way up the corporate ladder from the ground up, Linda J. Harrison, ALMI, AIAA, ACS believes in the sincerity of maintaining a strong sense of work ethic. Today, she continues to challenge herself, as well as her partners and associates, while serving as the Sr. Vice-President of Agency Operations for ARMOR Wealth Management, a protection based financial services organization that is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners build, protect, preserve, and distribute their wealth in a tax advantaged way by offering customized strategic planning, wealth management services, and financial products that meet their individual needs.

Serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Harrison wears many hats in her role as Sr. Vice-President of Agency Operations. She supervises and works closely with her administrative support team, coordinates daily administrative workflows, and oversees all financial operations. A major part of what she does also includes spending time helping clients that call in with requests or require assistance, as well as collaborating with their team of advisors on everything from the onboarding process to any questions or concerns that come up in their daily business that they need assistance with.

Harrison began her career in the financial services industry in 1973 as an Administrative Assistant in the Pension Department of Southwestern Life Insurance Company. Promoted several times, she eventually became Executive Assistant to John Ackley of Ackley Financial Group. She continued working for him for 30-plus years while the agency partnered with New England Financial in 1986. Five years later she was named Sr. Vice-President of Agency Operations before ultimately being taken on board with her current organization Penn Mutual in 2004, where the agency merged in 2009 and changed its name to ARMOR Wealth Management. At ARMOR, Harrison continues in the role of Sr. Vice-President of Agency Operations under the direction of CEO Joseph Radovic.

Harrison holds three certifications, ALMI (Associate, Life Management Institute), AIAA (Associate, Insurance Agency Administration), and ACS (Associate, Customer Service). She also holds a General Lines Life Insurance License since 1983.
