Research conducted amongst women showed that they want a website that is easy to navigate, easy to use and flexible. This determined all the design decisions of the new website
www.letzconnect.net, developed specifically for women. The aim is to provide 'one-click' navigation, flexibility, a clean look and low cost service. This means no flashy graphics, and minimal advertisements are required to fund the site.
Whilst romance is catered for, women's real strength in networking is the central theme. Connections based on hobbies, sport, traveling, even recipe-swapping is included! Also, members are rewarded for networking.
It has been designed primarily by women, for women. Input from women included design, look & feel, programming, researching appropriate content, ethical protocols, marketing & business planning. (Profiles and pics available.)
