In 2011 Flavia, along with husband Vince Del Monte, contributed $10,000 to NationWares in an effort to help empower women 10 different countries to create sustainable small businesses. In 2012 Falvia plans to continue working closely with NationWares and Hope For The Sold and in June she plans to travel to Guatemala to meet eight women that she helped leave unsafe factory work through NationWares.

Flavia Del Monte had this to say about charity: "Helping those is need in a duty. We were created to love and be loved. What is magical about giving is what you get in return, a sense of honor, freedom, and self-worth."
NationWares is a non-profit social enterprise designed to create employment solutions for marginalized and vulnerable people around the world. By designing and creating unique jewelry, fashion, and accessories to be sold in North America, our international partners gain hope and opportunity as they overcome poverty.
Hope For The Sold is a non-profit organization dedicated to exposing sexual exploitation, sex trafficking and slavery. Prompted into existence by the move TRADE, HFTS has created a documentary about Sex Trafficking in Canada and continues to promote change through exposure and education.
Flavia Del Monte is a Registered Nurse specializing in pediatric care, a Certified Physical Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified. She is also the creator of
Full-Body-Licious, a fitness and exercise program dedicated to women's needs and the author of the women's fitness blog, Flavilicious Fitness.
