As Inspector in Charge, he led performance audits; as Special Agent in Charge, Tabman provided executive oversight of all operations, personnel, finance, legal, and media matters. His professional duties took him to Russia, Ukraine, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Israel. Academic credentials include being a CPA, holding a Master's degree, as well as becoming a Certified Protection Professional. The author served as a police officer and hostage negotiator on the Special Weapons and Tactics team.
