Dr. Wainwright advises young professionals that authenticity is the root of all success, so be yourself. One of the world's leading experts in female empowerment, she has ghost-written four books and created numerous proprietary training materials. She extensively researched competition, especially among women, throughout the 1980s, from the Olympics to the workplace, to fights across the breakfast table. She co-developed a new model of healthy competing and winning, and ghost-wrote one of the earlier books on healthy competition. Priscilla has 35 years experience coaching career, professional, executive and entrepreneurial women on empowerment, career management, and office and personal relationship issues. She trains women to increase their power and influence in female ways that men cannot easily duplicate.
Dr. Wainwright is the creator of the "Four Bridges ," the "Inner Tigress " concepts of female empowerment and the Theory of Innate Imperative stemming from her extensive research in the anthropology and neuroscience of gender difference.

Looking back, Dr. Wainwright attributes her success to drive, passion, and determination. Starting college in the early 1960s, she was active in the women's movement in her own way from the start. She has gone from the bra-burning era to a neo-feminist stance. She affirms that men and women must respect, honor, cooperate and complete each other as equal partners in the common enterprise of living life, succeeding, and bettering the world.
Dr. Wainwright received a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Education in counseling and guidance from Temple University. In addition to her degree, she became a certified professional coach through the Fowler Wainwright, International Institute of Professional Coaching. She was named a Woman of the Year (2013-2014) by National Association of Professional Women, and is also a member of the National Association for Female Executives.
