Ms. Miele's success can also be attributed to her strong business background. She received a Bachelor of Science in accounting and an MBA in finance from St. John's University. When she is away from the office, she supports St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the Harry Chapin Foundation and is a member of SHRM. She also enjoys playing golf, spending time with friends and traveling.
