Worldwide Who's Who Names Frank J. Mueller Professional of the Year in Mechanical Engineering

A veteran with 32 years of experience in business leadership, Mr. Mueller excels as a Technical Director for Specialized Technical Services Est. a pipeline inspection and Rehabilitation Company providing services for the oil, gas, water and wastewater industries. This includes leak detection and management, GIS surveys, and technical consultation for turnkey projects. He is responsible for overseeing the company's investment portfolio which impacts its strategic, operational and business development activities. Mr. Mueller received a bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kiel. He is a German certified Quality Manager DIN EN ISO 9001:2008; NDT SNT-TC-1A Level II; API ILI FT L3, and RBI. He is an accredited Aircraft Engineering Technician through the Munich Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In addition, Mr. Mueller is a member of the American Petroleum Institute, Drinking Water Infrastructure Professionals, Pipeline Professionals and a number of educational institutions.
