/Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Kris Bruno, the President of BEI Networks, has been named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year in network systems engineering. While inclusion in Worldwide Who's Who is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. Kris is the President and Founder of BEI Networks. He has been providing network services for over 30 years. Kris started in the industry in its infancy. He was one of a few who opened the first personal computers, at the time a novelty. Having had the opportunity to work on numerous higher education campuses, Kris developed a love for this client segment and sought to further develop BEI's higher education focus. It is because of Kris that BEI and their teams have deep expertise in providing services to higher education clients along with core networks in finance, healthcare, government, and telephony organizations.
The keys to his success in the IT sector, says Mr. Bruno, have been his work ethic and his consistency, and in the future he hopes to continue to help BEI Networks expand its operations. He believes that you must show up every day and work your best effort in providing value to be truly successful in any industry.
An avid musician, Mr. Bruno enjoys music production and playing the drums. Mr. Bruno is a strong supporter of the Pine Street Inn and WGBH in Boston and the National Coalition for the Homeless. Mr. Bruno is an active member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
