Press Release May 17, 2012
Ms. Fressoz used her experience in sales and marketing to start her own firm

THONES, FRANCE, May 17, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pascale Fressoz, Director of Millenium Enterprises, has been named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year in Management Consulting. While inclusion in Worldwide Who's Who is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Who's Who membership.

Ms. Fressoz has 20 years of experience in international management and six years in her current role, providing management consulting services. She is an expert at strategic planning, sustainable development, human capital, performance measures, marketing and communications. She has numerous duties, including supporting leaders from the public and private sectors to defining and facilitating strategy, execution and evaluation. She also trains managers and directors in seminars within international organizations on human capital development and strategic planning.

Prior to founding Millenium Enterprises, P. Fressoz worked in sales in Lyon, France, in the packaging industry. Then she worked in England in the IT industry for six years, developing sales activities within an international and multicultural environment. She then moved into the pharmaceutical industry (sales, marketing and clinical trial management). She also worked in the tourism industry (consulting and as a deputy director) before creating her consulting firm in strategy and sustainable development. The highlights of her career were holding that deputy director position in her 30s and creating an international NGO at the age of 37. She attributes all her success to innovative solutions, being focused on results, leadership, tenacity, and her ability to build strong relationships.

Ms. Fressoz received an MBA in management from the University of Geneva in 2001. She also holds a diploma in management studies from Brunel University that she received in 2000. She has certifications in Balanced Scorecard's "Nine Steps to Success" methodology, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and the High College of Sustainable Development (CHEDD Rhône-Alpes). She is a member of the Balanced Scorecard Global Practitioners Network Group, Evaluation of Sustainable Development and Public Policy ADEME Group, "Atelier de la Republique" and the Women and Leadership Network.

She is involved in local politics and has been very active in charity work. She was elected at the City of Thônes and CCVT and was the founder and president of the NGO International Alliance for the Millennium Development Goals (aiodm2015.org). She is the co-founder and co-president of the Worldwide Coalition of NGO, she was the president of the Ingrid Betancourt Committee Pays de Savoie and "Savoie Perspective and Action", and member of the "Animation Committee" of La Compôte (Savoy). She was previously the vice president of the International Federation of the Ingrid Betancourt Committees (who contributed to the liberation of 15 hostages included the famous Franco-Colombian politician, Ingrid Betancourt, 3 Americans and 11 Colombians)

Her talent has earned her several awards and honors. She was named the Honorous Citizen by City of Eri Macouguie (Ivory Coast) and given numerous business sales rewards. She began the Talent Management Program at Innovex (UK) and has held high level positions both in business and associative environments. She is involved in the three main areas of society, on business, humanitarian and political levels.

She feels that hard work, her ability to overcome obstacles, her written and oral communication skills, coping with pressure and being very demanding of herself make her stand out among her peers. She would like to be remembered as having the strength to move forward, being soft on people, but hard on matters and having a positive attitude.

She has the leadership and ability to transfer techniques from one environment to other one; as the founder of an International NGO, she used business techniques to manage virtual and global teams.

Ms. Fressoz is proud of numerous achievements, including presentations of Millenium consulting missions in important conferences (European Parlement-Bruxelles, SFE Conference- Marseille, Public Performance Management-Reading, etc.). She is the co-author of those experiences in the "Effective Strategy Execution" book of Bernd Heesen and the "French Review of Management". She worked on missions with the United Nations, where she was running high level international forums both in French and English, with people from more 30 countries. She received congratulations from UN high level representatives for the International Alliance for the Millenium Development Goals activities toward helping the indigent.

In five years, Ms. Fressoz wants to be involved more in politics at a higher level. She enjoys snowboarding, skiing, wake boarding and tennis. Her favorite business publications are "Harvard Business Review", "Le Monde", "Les Echos", "Capital" and "Challenges". If she could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive it would be Aung San Suu Kyi and Nelson Mandela. If she could solve one problem in the world today, she would eliminate world hunger. She is the mother of three children.
