As vice president of Dynapple Management Corporation, Mr. LeBlanc performs system-based analysis for the company and develops its programs based on budgetary availability and sales data. He is responsible for overseeing all financial and grassroots aspects of the organization and directly managing 700 employees, in addition to reporting directly to the chief executive officer. Mr. LeBlanc has 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has spent almost 20 of these years working with the two largest casual dining restaurant companies in the world, Darden and Applebee's. He is passionate, hardworking and loyal. He attributes his success to his passion, dedication and hard work, having become involved in his profession because it gave him the opportunity to work with all aspects of the business, including operations and finances.

Mr. LeBlanc received a bachelor's degree in architecture with a concentration in project management from Ryerson University, Toronto, in 1991. In years to come, Mr. LeBlanc hopes to find more opportunities for business growth and focus on building sales. He would also like to develop a stronger team working beneath him. Mr. LeBlanc hopes to reconnect with some of his colleagues from the past and bring them into the company.
