BOSTON, MA, February 16, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Radio has taken a major leap forward with WZBR 1410AM, also known as The Bass of Boston. WZBR's power house line up of radio personalities and daily programming includes the #1 morning show in the country, "The Steve Harvey Morning Show," with Steve Harvey, the hot and popular "Inside the Ride" with New Edition lead singer and Boston native Ralph Tresvant, late night sultry sounds with R&B legend Keith Sweat and "The Sweat Hotel," and singer Michel'le and Mr. Steven Russell Hart (lead singer of R&B group Troop) with the popular "The Heart of R&B." This mega line up, along with local programming, including "Steve Gousby & The Ladies Man Show," "Marrk Harris and The Bomb Squad" and other great content, is giving Boston a slam dunk in the area with Classic Hip Hop and R&B. WZBR reaches listeners ages 25-54 in Boston and now nationally with their live streaming and radio app. WZBR is a creative, community driven station offering nontraditional advertising, marketing methods and strategies.
Some of the recent WZBR community events include a free health and wellness partnership in which free health and wellness screenings were offered, a Thanksgiving turkey give away, a Christmas toy drive for kids from various shelters, and much more. WZBR believes in growing relationships. "We not only provide great music, but we believe in giving back. We have added nontraditional aspects to reaching our audience. This further extends our reach to our many advertisers as well" stated Jo Earl of WZBR. "We recently added a "Bass of Boston" app which allows listeners to tune in to our station anytime and anyplace from their phones. Also, we are currently working on a major event titled "Inside The Ride Party Weekend" with Ralph Tresvant in August. The goal of this party weekend is to benefit various community outreach programs in the community."
