She is also a TV producer, director and host.

Ms. Darilis has 20 years of experience in her field. Her areas of expertise are communications and exercise instruction. In 1994 she was offered a career on television as an exercise host on Greece's most popular morning show.

In 2003, Ms. Darilis received her Bachelor of Science in Media and Film from Empire State College. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Health from Queens College in 1992. Ms. Darilis attributes her success to her philosophy and her ability to pioneer new projects.. Her next project of which is in pre-production is the first English language Greek morning show for NGTV Greek cable network on Time Warner.

Highlights of Ms. Darilis' career include creating, producing and hosting the first English language show "Hellenic Weekly" for National Greek Television (ERT) for four seasons, and co-hosting the opening and closing ceremonies for the 2004 Athens Olympics Games. During the Olympics, she was a guest host for NBC's The Today Show with Matt Lauer and Katie Couric. She also had the opportunity to work as a segment producer and host on E! for Tara Reid's "Taradise" travel adventures. Ms. Darilis is dedicated to producing educational programming, the preservation of Hellenism abroad and the ancient Greek philosophy of the balance of the mind, body and soul.
