An expert in the field, Dr. Choi works as a principal researcher specializing in nanotechnology with the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology. A graduate of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology, Dr. Choi holds a PhD, which he earned in 2003. His work has been featured in the Kenkyu Journal of Nanotechnology & Nanoscience, the Journal of Materials Chemistry, and Polymer Engineering & Science, covering such topics as "PEDOT-PSS/singlewall carbon nanotubes composites" and "all-solid-state proton conductive membranes prepared by a semi-interpenetrating polymer network."
