Stunning Costa Rican getaway complete with lush tropical gardens to be backdrop for intimate candle-lit three-course meal.

MONTEZUMA, COSTA RICA, December 17, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Just a short walk on a gorgeous white sand beach near the town of Montezuma, Ylang Ylang Beach Resort thrives and beckons with lush tropical gardens and the stirring beauty and harmony of nature. Officials from this Costa Rica beach resort have recently announced a special romantic beach dining offer for this holiday season, combining a candle-lit gourmet three-course sunset dinner with private beach-side seating for $129 per couple (before tax) for resort guests and $169 for all others.

The setting will also be adorned with tropical flowers and will include personal waiter service and a tropical "welcome" cocktail. The meal is accompanied by wine or champagne. The meal itself will consist of one appetizer, one main course, one dessert and one cocktail per person in addition to the bottle of wine or champagne ($38 or less).

Couples, families and friends alike have been discovering the family-owned Ylang Ylang Beach Resort since 1989, basking in its secluded locale just outside of the small yet eclectic beach town of Montezuma. The resort naturally fuses the ultimate in relaxation and exciting adventure, yielding what has become to many the ultimate tropical getaway for a romantic vacation. From sumptuous breakfasts and lavish candlelight dinners to exotic monkeys in trees and coatis, agoutis and pacas running wild, Ylang Ylang is as much a natural wonder to behold as it is an eye-opening, jaw-dropping romantic backdrop.

"Montezuma's only tropical resort resides right on the beach," says a senior spokesperson for Ylang Ylang Beach Resort. "We ask prospective guests to imagine sprawling acres of nearly deserted sand and sparkling blue ocean just steps from richly-appointed bungalows...this is our idea of a secluded getaway for travelers who are seeking a casual resort and also love the sounds of the ocean. There's no better reason for couples to come to our beach resort this holiday season than our romantic beach dining offer - guaranteed to make memories for a lifetime."

Ylang Ylang Beach Resort, a Costa Rica resort in Montezuma, began with beachfront residents Lenny and Patricia Iacono, who initially opened El Sano Banano (The Healthy Banana), the first natural foods restaurant in Costa Rica that served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and displayed movies every night. As its popularity grew, they decided to open El Sano Banano Beach Hotel; but in 2005, they changed its name to Ylang Ylang Beach Resort, which is named after the Ylang Ylang flower that grows abundantly in that area. From the Iaconos' home, a restaurant was later opened which gave visitors a closer option for dining.
