He has had his work featured in premier academic journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and the Journal of Economics & Management Strategy.
Dr. Paik has earned the Kauffman Research Grant from the Institute for Research on Labor and Employment, a Research Award through the University of Southern California, Kauffman Dissertation Award from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, and numerous other research awards.
