/24-7PressRelease/ -- Miami- Dade County Public Schools has over 340,000 students. With the growing numbers of diverse groups, the school system becomes a microcosm of the county's diversity. The resulting effect is the escalation of acculturation and intercultural dating. Wingspan Seminars', a conflict and crisis management company has recognized Black History Month with speakers and topics relative to diversity and problem-solving. Youth Coordinators will host Conflict Corner blogtalk radio show on Wednesday, February 24th. A round table forum with youth from several schools will focus on the challenges teens face when attracted to someone from another culture. Jordan Fuentes, Adialyn Milien and guests will field questions, "What is the difference in intercultural and interracial?" "Is this just a trend?" And, "How does this affect the larger community concerns of unification and disparities has pledged South Florida?" Jordan, a senior at American High School, welcomes his principal, Luis Diaz to the show.
Conflict Corner addresses youth topics and is run 'by youth for youth' with a monthly speaker and current events. The show launched in November during Global Entrepreneur week and addresses topics such as bullying, HIV/Aids and intercultural dating.
