19 months after it's release, "Somewhere" still charts regularly on the iTunes Folk Charts: US (50), Canada, Australia (51), New Zealand (97), Ireland (23), and the UK. During it's first 12 months, "Somewhere" was Number 1 in Canada for 6 months, Number 1 in Australia for 4 months, and Number 1 in the US for 2 weeks. "Somewhere" has been featured on the soundtrack album for "Marlyn Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing and Charm School", "The Pride of Brittan", with Tony Blair, and most recently was on the TV show "Scrubs", in April and again in May.

Kanekoa, and their original songs from "Under The Coconut Sky", will be featured in "The Heartbreak Kid", starring Ben Stiller, and directed and produced by The Farrelly Brothers. "The Heartbreak Kid" is due out October 5th on Dreamworks/Paramount.
Kanekoa and their original music will also be featured in "Major Hana", the directorial debut from AFI award winning director, Jonathan Block. "Major Hana" is also slated for a Fall 2007 release.
Vince Esquire recently wowed the Beacon Theatre in New York City playing guitar with The Allman Brothers.
