    ANTIBES, FRANCE, October 28, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Alain Ducasse Education, the leading global training specialists in culinary and pastry arts, service and hospitality, have once again partnered up with YPI Crew, the flagship superyacht recruitment agency, to provide an opportunity for experienced yacht chefs and crew to enhance their culinary skills and pick up some inside tips from the very best in the haute cuisine business.

The program entitled "Secrets of Excellence on an International Yacht," will help yacht chefs excel at designing exceptional menus suitable for international and French clientele in a high-quality manner.

The two culinary courses will be held on a yacht in Cap d'Ail, France between 27th October and 1st November 2014.
