/24-7PressRelease/ -- As the South Eastern Regional College opened the doors to its new building in Castle Street, Lisburn, so too did ZEST its new on-campus restaurant.
Situated in the Heart of the City, ZEST is not only open to Students at the College, but to the public and is proving to be a popular choice for all.
The restaurant which offers a superb range of meals and snacks has something for everyone expanding the ZEST brand within Mount Charles Education Division.
The new restaurant also marks the extension of the successful partnership between two local giants, Mount Charles, Ireland's largest independently and locally owned catering organisation and Lisburn based coffee roasters, Johnsons Coffee, who will be supplying freshly brewed Filter and Espresso Coffees to the restaurant.
Mount Charles has enjoyed great success with ZEST, the new brand for their educational establishments, due to the high quality of food, great customer service and ZEST's unique and varied style.

Mount Charles is owned by local entrepreneur Trevor Annon. The company provides catering and domestic services to the education and industrial sectors as well as operating retail units such as Cafe Laurent at Forestside, St. George's Market Bar and Grill and Cafe Paul Rankin at Belfast International Airport. The company who have the franchise for all catering at Derry City Airport and Belfast's Waterfront Hall, also own Mount Charles Vending.
Johnsons Coffee, fourth generation family owned, have been roasting coffee in Belfast since 1913. The roastery moved to Lisburn in 1976 where 100% Arabica coffees are roasted for the foodservice and retail sectors and sold across Ireland and the UK.
The company also export to the USA supplying supermarket chains such as Davidsons, Stop & Shop and Bruno.
