The facility in Niagara Falls, New York performs logistics, sales, testing, inspection, design engineering, repair, and serves as the Department of Defense's inspection point.

The facility in Markham, Ontario performs testing, inspection, design engineering, repair, technical training, and sales of electronic circuit boards and assemblies.
