Custom Denim Jean Company, 3x1 Announces New Fall Denim -- Custom Denim company, 3x1 Jeans announces 4 new denim types being released for the fall season. --
NEW YORK, NY, November 23, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- For the discerning jean connoisseur, off the rack jeans just don't make the cut. The material isn't perfect; the cut isn't right or the stitching just looks wrong. For consumers like these, 3x1 has the perfect solution. Named for the type of production used to create the materials, 3x1 offers custom jeans, or the opportunity to work with the company's designers, including CEO and lead designer Scott Morrison, to create a new pair of jeans from the ground up. Their Bespoke line, as it is called, stands alone in an industry flooded with mass produced cookie cutter jeans.
Four new and unique denim styles are coming out of Japan just in time for the fall season. 3x1, a custom jean company located on Mercer Street in New York City, has announced the new styles coming from the Kaihara Mills, a leader in Japanese denim. Each has a distinctive color and weight, and is currently available, as of the date of this release. Paired with the best hardware and the best designs in the industry, these are not denim styles that any one should miss for the fall season.
The first two new offerings of this season, designated XX338 and XX339 are of heavier selvedge denim, in a forest green and a light brown, respectively. Both of these designs are 100% cotton, and weigh in at 13.5 oz. The third, designated XX337 is a dark navy neppy selvedge, which is of a slightly lighter weight than the first two offerings, at 13 oz. The fourth, designated XX336 is a lightweight supima cotton selvedge with a brushed back. It is significantly lighter than the other three options available for this fall season, at a slight 9 oz.
All 4 of these exciting new designs are ideal choices to use when making a pair of 3x1's signature Bespoke denim jeans. While 3x1 is home to well over 200 distinctly different types of fabric, including twill, chambray and corduroy, these four new styles will offer the discriminating consumer the opportunity to create a truly unique pair of jeans just in time for the fall season.
Though 3x1's storefront has only been open since May, 2011, founder and CEO Scott Morrison is no stranger to working with denim. This is his third foray into the field, with the first being Paper, Denim and Cloth in 1999, and Earnest Sewn in 2004. His New York storefront produces between 25 and 30 pairs of jeans per day, all on single-needle sewing machines. Their mission is "to make the best jeans in the world, one pair at a time." While their jean designs are stocked in exclusive locations around the United States and in countries around the world, the only way to get the true experience is to visit their New York storefront.
