SAN FRANCISCO, CA, May 21, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Since its opening in 2010, Seven Hills has always been aware of gluten-intolerant diners featured many gluten-free appetizers, salads, and entrees. Now, Alexis Solomou (owner) and Anthony Florian (executive chef) are adding a gluten-free version to their home made pasta.

Made with local and organic products, which include: corn and rice. These ingredients are a valuable source of protein. "The idea of making the gluten-free pasta originated because here at Seven Hills we are known for making great pasta and we want those with gluten intolerance to still be able to enjoy a beautifully prepared plate of pasta," said Anthony Florian, executive chef of Seven Hills. "As our focus is on house-made pasta we had to have our gluten free option made to the same high standards."
