Dr. Mbunwe is highly educated. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Buea in 2002, a master's degree in medical and pharmaceutical sciences and a Doctor of Philosophy in immunogenetics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2008 and 2013, respectively, and a Master of Business Administration in biotechnology from Framingham State University in 2022. During his studies, Dr. Mbunwe garnered experience as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania in the department of genetics from 2016 to 2019 and was involved in the USAID-PREDICT Project as a laboratory coordinator for Metabiota in Cameroon between 2015 and 2016.
In addition to his education, Dr. Mbunwe's professional affiliations include membership in the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, which has provided him a platform to engage with peers and contribute to advancements within his field.
