Her tenure at Nutricia, a branch of Danone corporation, as a plant and supply chain controller between 2017 and 2019 was also instrumental in solidifying her expertise in managing complex financial operations within manufacturing environments. A true problem solver, one of her valued skills is to turn financial positions around and strengthen P&L results. Among other noteworthy positions pivotal to her success, Ms. Schmitt was an inventory accounting manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors worth over $1B at the time, a plant controller at Nestlé Waters North America where she found her true calling as a financial strategist, and a senior financial analyst at Louis Dreyfus.
