Marc Nyarko is Recognized for His Expertise in Operations Management

    LOUISVILLE, KY, March 27, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marc Nyarko, Vice President of Customer Services for a major pharmaceutical company, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in operations management.

Mr. Nyarko imparts 22 years of experience to his position with the second-largest, publicly traded institutional pharmacy provider in the U.S. His company provides quality services to nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals and other health care institutions. As the VP of Customer Services, Mr. Nyarko is responsible for overseeing daily functions, setting the strategic direction of the company's customer-facing service operations, and driving changes to optimize customer satisfaction for 3,000 facilities across 47 states.

In former years, Mr. Nyarko served as a Hospital COO with the U.S. Army, a position for which he was responsible for providing leadership and strategic management skills. He collaborated with the hospital CEO, who supervised day-to-day operations of a 300-bed acute care hospital. Further, he planned, directed, and coordinated activities to develop and execute short- and long-term objectives.

Recently inducted into Worldwide Branding, Mr. Nyarko attributes his success to training, hard work and perseverance. He earned a Master of Public Health in health administration and policy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, as well as a bachelor's degree in health administration from the University of Kentucky.
