Previously, Ms. Croop has served as a word processor with Amica Insurance Company from 1983 to 1984. She began her career as a page with Pittsford Community Library from 1979 to 1981. Beyond her primary responsibilities, Ms. Croop enjoys music, exercise, tennis, computers, and spending time with her family.
Ms. Croop initially pursued an education with Monroe Community College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Sciences in liberal arts in 1983. She later concluded her studies with ScreenWriters University, completing coursework from 2017 to 2018. Furthermore, Ms. Croop is a member of the Global Society of Empowered Women, a former volunteer for the United Way of Greater Rochester, and a former member of the board of directors for the YMCA.
