An expert in her field, Ms. Lacks holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Lynchburg, which she earned in 1999, as well as a certified public accountant certification in the State of Virginia. Five years after earning her undergraduate degree, she completed a Master of Business Administration through Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University's Pamplin College of Business in 2004.
