Francine Stubbs has served as the Manager of The Little Wonder Cafe since 2001. She is responsible for areas of expertise include scheduling, managing the cash register, answering phone calls, making orders, overseeing customer complaints, supervising 21 girls, managing a hair salon at home, and hairdressing. She became involved in her profession after gaining experience as a hairdresser and a waitress, and she attributes her success to the on-the-job training she received and her supervisory abilities.

Ms. Stubbs completed college coursework and received her Certification in Food Safety Management. She is also a State Licensed Cosmetologist.
