MADERA, CA, November 11, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Claudine Aguilar Mendoza, Doctor of Medicine for Emergency Physicians Medical Group, at Children's Hospital Central California, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in healthcare.
With seven years of medical experience, Dr. Mendoza is recognized as a specialist in pediatrics and emergency care. She brought her talents to Children's Hospital Central California in 2006. Her responsibilities include treating patients in the urgent care center, caring for children, and performing minor surgery. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Mendoza teaches pediatric and family medicine to residents at the University of California, San Francisco. She is especially proud of her association with Children's Hospital Central California. She attributes her success to her hard work and passion for her profession, and to the values that her family had instilled in her.
Dr. Mendoza received her MD in 2003 from the American University of the Caribbean. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and volunteers regularly in local homeless shelters and food banks.
