With unsurpassed expertise in software design, Melisa J. Bryant, MBA lends more than 20 years of industry experience to MindsEye Systems Group. She excels in consulting, revising corporate computer systems, monitoring and maintaining software and mentoring junior analysts. In addition to her responsibilities with MindsEye, Ms. Bryant serves as an adjunct professor at High Point University and Forsyth Technical Community College where she teaches information technology for undergraduate students.

In an exclusive interview with Cambridge Publishing, Ms. Bryant recalled her humble beginnings in data processing. Within six months of working in the IT industry, she was analyzing systems and designing new modules. Following her commencement from High Point University, she became a consultant. Ms. Bryant notes that it was her father who initially peaked her interested in computers and encouraged her to become more actively involve in IT and software design. She is grateful for the unwavering support of her family and attributes her success to hard work and persistence.

Ms. Bryant holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems. She also received an Associate of Applied Science in business computer programming from Surry Community College. In recognition of scholastic excellence, she was inducted into Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges. Most recently, she was named "Professional of the Year" by Cambridge Who's Who for the 2008-2009 year.

Ms. Bryant's professional affiliations include the National Association of Female Executives. She is a market advisory board member of BusinessWeek and is an active supporter of the American Red Cross and local outreach missions. Never one to rest on her laurels, Ms. Bryant is working on a paper, which she intends to have published in the coming year.
